Cancellation Policy

In order to secure your appointment, we kindly request that you provide a credit card number. If you need to make any changes, cancellations, or reschedule your reservation, we would appreciate receiving advanced notice. As a courtesy, we will send you a text and email confirmation six days prior to your appointment, followed by a reminder three days before. Please be aware that cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.

Late Policy

We are excited to provide you with an exceptional experience. To ensure you make the most of your scheduled time, it is important to arrive promptly. If guests arrive up to 15 minutes late, adjustments to their appointment may be necessary. In case the suggested modifications are unable to meet your goals, our late cancellation policy will be applicable. If any of our staff members are running behind schedule, we will make every effort to promptly inform you. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to our delay, there will be no charge incurred.

Adjustment Policy 

We take pride in our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you need any adjustments to your service, please inform us within 10 days. It's important to note that adjustments do not include a complete change of the desired outcome. We will gladly accommodate reasonable adjustments within the specified timeframe.
